While it's definitely not Queens of the Stone Age's best album, it still has plenty of great songs including "Sick Sick Sick", "I'm Designer", "Misfit Love", "Make It Wit Chu" and "3's & 7's".

Here's a thought: "3s and 7s" may be the best song Josh ever wrote.

In my opinion, QOTSA's best album, it's the least "mainstream rock" ready of their set and the "industrial garage rock" is addicting and unique.

My boss told me he and his family sings the guitar melody in the beginning when his wife cooks a great meal.

He totally leveled up in my book that day.

And yes the time signature is crazy, if song structure=best song, then totally agree.
