Doing an Elvis Costello run-through right now. I didn't particularly like his earlier albums, his voice doesn't really suit the style of those songs plus other bands and artists manage to represent the style a lot better. However, I appreciate his next set of albums more, especially Trust and I don't really understand why it's ranked so much lower than e.g. Get Happy!
Anyway, I'm listening to Blood & Chocolate now. It hasn't really made much of an impression so far, but as I'm writing this, 'battered old bird' came up and I like the song.
