But he couldn't contact AM if he's locked out. There still has to be a way to fix that. I suppose bobbyb5 could create a new temporary BEA account, PM AM and explain what happened, and AM could change his old account details to his new email address, reset his password, and then delete the temporary account. Or Stover, if you happen to know bobbyb5's new email address, you could send it to AM. I'm just spit-balling here.
Anyway glad to hear he's okay. |
I will contact him and ask what he wants to do, giving him these suggestions.
