This is actually the only Elvin bishop album that I own and I like it.
I have him on a few compilations and live compilations but find it hard to track down his albums this side of the pond. Always on the look out though for a decent copy.

Besides Struttin’ My Stuff, I’ve liked Let It Flow. I saw Elvin a couple of times in the mid- late ‘70s. He was previously in the Paul Butterfield Blues Band.

Thanks man. That’s really helpful. Don’t think that I’ve seen let it flow but will keep my eyes open for it. Love the Paul butterfield blues band.
This is one that's never really clicked for me - to my ears the songs in 2nd CD on the Deluxe of Some Girls would have went towards a stronger record.
Yes a big letdown after Some Girls, but I remember listening to it with my friends. Tatoo You was scraped together from leftovers and ended up being one of their strongest Albums. I agree that the bonus tracks are top notch!
😁 aw yes, Tattoo You is suuuperb 😄 did you pick up the Deluxe of that about 2 or 3 years ago? not one I've revisited for a long time - was pretty underwhelmed with the 2nd disc - half expected/hoped for another treasure trove like the Some Girls one - Living In The Heart Of Love and Come To The Ball I remember were decent but the rest were pretty forgettable - think the Glimmer Twins made mostly the right decisions when cobbling together the Tattoo You tracklist..
I passed on the Tatoo You deluxe, but loved the 2020 Goats Head Soup Deluxe which included some unreleased tracks , some really interesting alternative mixes & outtakes and the Brussels Affair Concert LP!

Agree about the goats head soup deluxe. Some great addition stuff on there. Don’t own either the tattoo you or some girls deluxe editions but should probably keep my eyes open for them.
