Just a reminder, the tournament has been closed a while ago and far as I remember, it was a 7-6 lead for "Girl, So Confusing" (although it can't be proven), but users could keep voting and no winner had been declared, and as a result, there had been a 7-7 draw until someone recently voted for "Girl, So Confusing", hence, now is a 8-7 lead for this song again.
So in order to prevent another tie, I'll declare "Girl, So Confusing" as the winner.

Whether XCX or Roan was leading, it eventually ended up with a tie that would be officially broken if someone would declare the winner after the tie has been broken at the current time, so since it hasn't been done, I decided to it by myself once the tie was broken, hence, there would be an official winner for tourneying in the next tournament and prevent confusion about who was truly leading once the tournament was closed.

I believe Cestuneblague probably needs to be give a response of who's the winner if he had written it somewhere after they closed the tournament, but even their answer won't be a 100% proof, so I decided to declare it by myself to hopefully prevent a possible confusion in the future about who's really the winner.
