It's funny how you could pick literally any three songs on London Calling and end up with something great.

Off Halcyon Digest by Deerhunter:
Desire Lines, Basement Scene, Helicopter. Or Helicopter, Fountain Stairs, Coronado.
Seems many would work with this album.

My favorite songs from The National somehow end up working this way and they're always at the end of the album.
Alligator: Geese of Beverly Road, City Middle, Mr. November
Boxer: Racing Like a Pro, Ada, Gospel
High Violet: Conversation 16, England, Vanderlyle Crybaby Geeks
Some of my other favorites:
Neutral Milk Hotel's ITAOTS: Ghost, Untitled, Two Headed Boy Pt 2 (or Oh Comely with no THBP2 makes me equally as pleased)
The Postal Service's Give Up: The District Sleeps Alone Tonight, Such Great Heights, Sleeping In
Radiohead's Kid A: Kid A, The National Anthem, How To Disappear Completely
The Dodo's Visiter: Fools, Joe's Waltz, Winter
The Dismemberment Plan's Emergency & I: Girl O' Clock, 8 1/2 Minutes, Back and Forth
The Blood Brother's Burn Piano Island Burn: USA Nails, Cecilia and the Silhouette Saloon, Six Nightmares at the Pinball Masquerade
