We've now added an option to the custom chart page for you to 'include member chart rank points'. This will give the same behaviour as Bork was expecting earlier in this thread.
Viz. when this option is checked, this will include member chart rank points in the total when generating the rankings in a custom chart. The default is unchecked (and will show you the same chart as before).
