One of my favorite charts on BEA.

this pick should not go ignored:
73. With A Cape And A Cane by The Joggers (2005)

The Joggers were a truly awesome band that got critical praise but went totally ignored by the public. I think anyone who loves the interweaving guitars of Built To Spill would be into this record. Their debut was fantastic too.

Really nice chart. Good diversity. I like the fact that all the big guns (The Beatles, Radiohead, et al) were kept off this chart. I've got some listening to do!
