I want to know all the bands that have had a phenominal album surrounded by albums that are not so good shall we say..
I'm not sure if bands that only had one album should count but if you feel they should, then go ahead and list it.
I can't think of any off the top of my head but I just like the idea of one hit wonders (one off hit songs) and I wondered whether this had happened but for an entire album.

Not really true... They made Adventure. It is not on the par of Marquee Moon yet it is exceptional.

They have some other great works, but perhaps nothing near as good as forever changes. (+ they are more psych or garage rock and have less arrangement). Check out Da Capo, Love and Four Sails
