Another classic rock chart. Heavy on 70's and 80's music. Again, I own everything in this chart and I have no issue with all the classics being represented. I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea but it's cool with me.

I think most of us share similar opinions on guitar rock charts. They're boring as hell. _________________

At least Pet Sounds isn't at #1
But yeah, I like this chart, 48 albums that I haven't listened to, thank you Gary!

It's basically all canon classic rock, with a few sparks like Mariah Carey, Rod Stewart, Madonna, maybe a few others since there's a couple I've not heard of. The stuff that isn't canon classic rock is canon pop. Basically I could cipher through about 5 households and find most of these records. _________________

For BEA, that's pretty original.

Canon music is the best music. If it had been boring or uninspiring it would never have been canon in the first place. It's in all those homes for a reason. Plus taking a shot at canon music is taking a shot at me as I rely on it heavily on my own chart. Plus users who put pop albums on their chart are usually fearless and likely to take walks at 3 in the morning.
Canon rock is a blast.

Not really. It just doesn't get the attention that others do because people with canon rock charts rarely come onto the forums, and if they do, their charts don't get much attention.

I like your chart because it is very varied and not just canon rock though, so I'm not particularly digging at you, but more at charts that just have canon rock. It's not interesting to read. Whether canon rock is popular or not, it just isn't great to look at a chart and go "well I've seen this taste many times before", and move on.
I hope you get my perspective here, though I appreciate you enjoy reading canon rock charts, I do not. _________________
