These are a few of mine who I tend to make fun of yet enjoy at the same time. Who are some of yours?
1. Hall & Oates
2. Third Eye Blind
3. Counting Crows

I may be a bit of a hypocrite because I use the term from time to time but I really hate the idea of guilty pleasures, just like what you like.

I know what you mean.. I kind of hate that term as well... it doesn't truly accurately describe how I feel about these artists, because I don't truly feel guilty that I like them. If anything, I am proud to like them.... yet, I also like laughing at them while listening to them if that makes sense.

I feel like "Defiant Pleasures" would be more apt. I take a great amount of pride in my love of Abba in spite of general opinion. I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm laughing at them though, I genuinely and unironically like their music.

I don't dislike the term because I interpret it as songs/bands that don't typically fit into your catalog. Of course, I never use it because the catalog I'm used is not only diverse, but I personally consider most music to be of quality (that isn't necessarily accurate, if you want me to elaborate, then I can though).
