So how is this World Peace going to come about and when shall it come?  I mean it is ideal we are all not killing each other and less war and reasons to go to war would be a great thing for many people.
What would be a good roadmap to ending war in the 21st Century?

I'd love world peace, but I don't think it's realistic. Humans will always be driven by their own self-interest.

World Peace is an unobtainable Utopia.
Even when there's only one human remaining, that person will not be at peace.

You could take a Malthusian stance and say that war is necessary to keep a stable population, and without it population would explode and the resources diminish themselves.
