Way too many to name...the intros to Moon and Antarctica (Third Planet) and Andrew Jackson Jihad's Knife Man (The Michael Jordan of Drunk Driving) are hard to beat because they really lay down the groundwork for the rest of the album.
Spoken word intros are fun too, especially the intros to College Dropout and Songs of the Deaf ("I need a saga...what's your saga? It's songs for the deaf. You can't even hear it!").
But the best intro to any album is the title track of Mellon Collie. Just a perfect, simple piano piece that doesn't try to be more than it is. It holds tons of nostalgic value for me and always makes me shiver, even though it's really like the 20th best song on the album or something. Also the fact that the closing track wraps back around to it is great. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.
Thinking of this as "Makes a great intro to the album" instead of just "a great first song". Otherwise I'd list lots of topheavy albums.
Indian Poker (Part 3) on Hissing Prigs in Static Couture - The fuzzy, saturated guitar makes an incredible impression, like a forewarning of the noise to come. Plus it's a great prelude to Pussyfootin.
Botanical Dimensions on Nothing Lasts... But Nothing Is Lost - I only listen to this album in the format of one song, but it definitely has a fantastic intro. Like opening the gates to a huge journey.

Wished I Was A Giant on Vampire on Titus - Shows how lo-fi, drunk and emotional the album is.
The Best Ever Death Metal Band Out Of Denton on All Hail West Texas - I treat the album as if it followed a palindromic format with characters minus Absolute Lithops Effect. Either way, this album kicks off knowing what it is and doesn't flounder.
Everything In Its Right Place on You Know The Album - I actually think this album is overrated and one of Radioheads lesser efforts, I honestly prefer Amnesiac even. But it's definitely an apocalyptic intro to an apocalyptic album.
It's Gonna Be A Long Night on quebec - It's like the cocaine high before you crash for the rest of the album.
Special case
Burgundy would've been a FANTASTIC intro to Doris, as it shows how much more mature Earl's style is and covers some heavy emotional stuff. The album would start with "Grandma's Passing" for fucks sake. Unfortunately, the album actually starts with Pre. Does anybody like that song?
