One of my favorite albums of the 70s, along with SITKOL. His talent is immensely on display here with his vocal abilities on "Living For the City" and "He's Misstra Know it All", while the rhythmic diversity is shown in "Visions" (the most underrated song here) and "All in Love is Fair" being changes from the rest of the album and still sounding fantastic. He can do both happy fun songs and sad introspective songs amazingly. Brilliant album and artist.

I keep changing my mind about which of Stevie's albums I prefer, but this is certainly one of his best. Incredible artist.

The verse chord progression of He's Misstra Know-It-All is one of the greatest fucking things I've ever heard.

Hugely inspirational. Established the model for the "introspective" R&B album, a freaking fantastic genre.
