While the current best ever films list is being compiled, I thought this would be a decent spin-off. The best films of the current decade as tallied by BEA users.
Essentially, this would be the exact same rules as the current Redux, except the films would have to have been released in the appropriate time frame.
I think that anything with an American release date past January 1st 2010 would be accepted, along with any other international release past 2010. Thus, a film released in September 2009 at Cannes, but was later released in the US in February 2010 would still be eligible. I'm not sure what films this would apply to, but I think this is fair. Documentaries will be allowed, but shorts will not.
All lists will be PMed to me, maxing out at 50. The final list will also only be 50 films. This will be compiled in similar fashion to BEA's ranking system (#1 = 50 points, #2=49 points, etc..)
If everyone is game, I'll be happy to start accepting lists whenever. There currently isn't a deadline, but I feel like it will present itself in due time.

Great  Submitting lists like this also works. Same with IMDB lists. Reminds me that I have to watch Listen up Philip.. been meaning to do that for a while now.
Glad to see the interest in this though. Hoping to see some lists in the next few days.

I think a decent cut off date will be May 31st. Sooooo, just get those lists in before then

Nah... but.. like, aim for 50  Makes it easier mathematically for me to tally the scores. Try to go for at least 25 entries though.
