For some reason I feel like this was very recently album of the day. At any rate, an album that deserves its label of classic. It also says a lot about how much I like Coltrane's discography that this is far from his best to me.

I thought this was quite underwhelming, but then again I've only listened to this once and I don't really remember much from this album based on that first listen. Title track is amazing, though.

My Favorite Things was Album of the Day like 2 weeks ago.
I haven't heard this, but I did find a bunch of Coltrane albums, including this one, at the store so I'm excited to get into them.

I know this is supposed to be an all time classic, but I place it well behind A Love Supreme and Blue Trane. Of course, Coltrane cranked out a lot of albums, many of which are classics.
