It would be really cool to have song accolades on the songs profile page the same as the albums accolades. Say the top 1000 tracks on the top rated track chart get an accolade on their profile and a link to their position in the top ranked song list. Ie day in the life accolade of best song (1) best song of 1967 (1) best song of 1960's (1) and there would be links to its position in those charts

Try play around with this maybe, hope it helps, you can alter to find the top rated songs for year, decade, etc.

Thanks patman, i actually already use this. i think it would useful to see the songs position on its profile instead of having to wade through lists to find it

the issue with this is that songs haven't got a rank across the site in the same way that albums have. A song's rating across the site isn't something that's currently captured. I can look at doing something about this, but unless songs were ranked in the same way as albums then the ranking would not be consistent with how the rest of the site currently works.
