The Stranger, Scenes From An Italian Restaurant, Vienna, and She's Always A Woman are great, the rest is mediocre-good.

Really the only good album Billy Joel ever released, but that's just because there's a bunch of good singles on here.

I've always thought 52nd Street was quite decent aswell, every bit as good as this in my opinion.

Good point. I wouldn't put it as good as this, but I'd say it's his second best.
