This is probably badly worded as locked items will be invisible to you (locked items are mostly encountered by brand new users to protect the database).
Apologies, forgot that suspect albums are not available for editing (corrections have to be reported). The first album had been flagged as suspect as it couldn't be located, but has now been unflagged (somehow missed your URL). The second album was flagged as suspect as it was a future release, but the release date has now been reached, so it's now available for editing (this process happens automatically).
