The best album is a close race between Sgt. Pepper, Revolver, and Abbey Road, for me, with Sgt. Pepper barely edging it out.
I don't think they have a bad song, but Little Child and Mr. Moonlight are... eh.
Not a Second Time is pretty underrated from their early period. From over all, Long, Long, Long is underrated too, probably because you can barely hear it.

The best Beatles Songs are Let It Be (the song) for the music and Maxwell's Silver Hammer for the lyrics
Edit: As soon as they started making some great music they broke up... shame...

I lean toward Rubber Soul these days. Revolver and The White Album are contenders.
Everything else I probably wouldn't miss.
edit: I thought I was tripping when I read the thread name and then saw the poll title.
Best song is In My Life by a long way.
