A really good list, with a number of choices I do not recall seeing before – and two albums in Back from Samoa and Eternally Yours from Joe S. Harrington’s landmark (for me) early 2000s Top 100 Albums but equally unusual here.

Morning Way and Wolf City are two other choices which I would myself most definitely recommend. I already have Yeti on my own list. Karen Dalton is equally great even though I did not really like her at first, although the archival compilation Green Rocky Road is for me even better than In My Own Time.

Beyond those, there are quite a few I had previously not even heard of and which with my large backlog I probably will not have time to listen to at the moment.
