Good Janelle Monae song but phenomenal Danny Brown song. Such great storytelling, so intense, and so many quotable lines. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.

Love Janelle, but Danny all day long in this matchup. 30 is a perfect way to close the album, beat is incredible and the story great as always.

As consistiently deft as Monae always is, I've always just kind of admired her music rather than actually being into it in any sort of way, and that feeling kind of persists here. Still a solid song, but Brown's is a monster track that showed him at his early-days best-est, in the words of the Pryde "Shorty, You're a 10"
