Not quite as wowed as others with the Hopkins track, but it still narrowly gets my vote here.

It always kinda baffles me that Jon Hopkins is the house/tech producer that seems to have crossed over most successfully with indie fans in the past few years, and his maximalist, consciously anthemic, peak-trough-peak productions leave me kinda cold, but three listens later and I still cannot get into that other song either (sorry mecca).

Might come back to this later but am underwhelmed by both.

I haven't really been able to get into Jon Hopkins as part of my house/techno journey over the past few years, but his song is still much more my speed than Baby is.

I liked Baby while I couldn't really connect with the techno song
