Powerplant was a nice discovery, but easy vote for Duster and their fabulous yet suitably lowkey and slow-burning comeback album. Def check out their turn-of-the-millenium releases, both underheard gems.
The first Duster album I've heard, and it makes me even more excited than I was before to check out their discography. Great instrumentals, great vocals, great atmospheres. Slowcore but noisy is something I didn't know I needed to hear until now. Instantly in my top 25 of the year. Sorry Powerplant. _________________ Join us in the canon game :) / Add me on RYM
Duster is very interesting slowcore with an extra and I fairly liked it. But Power plant is already in my 2019 year chart and I like it more so the latter gets my vote.
