In the music forum, two topics for AOTD and COTD are generated every day. This shoves lots of user-made stuff away from the front pages, and it makes browsing through the older topics in the forum kind of tedious. I imagine that this could make the music forum seem uninviting to newcomers, and that it makes it harder for users with a sporadic existence on here to gather if anything has transpired whilst off. I don't call for the abolition of the COTD/AOTD-threads, but maybe one could introduce a button (or something) that, when pressed, render these automated topics invisible? (i.e. it could remove all threads started by albummaster from sight)

Could definitely add some kind of filter to remove automated posts from view. Forums are in the process of being upgraded, so this will be in the new version of the site.
