I've been here for a few months now and never introduced myself.

I have an extensive library of music that I listen to that is always growing. Most music I listen to tends to stick with me even if my tastes change. I can always go back to that genre/artist and not feel like I've out-grown it. I can let bands like blink-182 and Green Day take me way back, even though I'm usually listening to Bob Dylan, Bad Religion, The Roots, etc... etc... I also tend to find a lot of popular music is over-rated, though that doesn't necessarily mean I don't think it's good.

My favorite decades are the 90s and the 60s. As for genres, I more recently got into discovering Hip Hop, specifically Alternative Hip Hop from the 90s and 2000s. I've been into punk music ever since College and of course I thoroughly enjoy most classic rock whether it be folk, blues, rocknroll, psychedellic rock, country, etc... A fair number of alternative and modern rock that I used to listen to in High School, along with Metal and Post-Hardcore, I still enjoy, and some that I discovered recently are fairly good as well. But some of the best records of all time I'll find in the Jazz section.
