This is my official list so far. There may be a few changes here and there, but I'm pretty satisfied. 7 months in the making.
Ever since Rolling Stone updated their own 500 greatest albums list, in September 2020, I felt that it reflected disgust, delusion, and disrespect to musical history. That's why I decided to start listing down everything wrong with it, and re-write it. So it is as much as my list, as it is a personal remake of theirs. Rolling Eyes Wink
I've tried to be as objective as I can, but some of them are a little bit personal. Laughing
The list is ranked out of influence/innovation, popularity and longevity. Thus, no album under the age of 5 years is included.
Yes of course, there'll be some records are that looks, y'know, out of place, and that's fine ... but I surely believe that even if you cannot disagree more with my list, it's actually impossible to find this worse than Rolling Stone. But at the end of the day, all opinions are welcome Smile .
