Always felt this one is just okay for the most part. The hits have never been close to my favorite Stones songs. But overall at least the album is willing to stretch into some unexpected territory even if it’s not something that completely works for me.

The absolute last great Stones album. The last consistent Stones album. The only great Stones album with Ron Wood. I believe that had they called it a day after this album, their legacy would be much bigger than it is today. Quite underrated in the shadow of the great albums from the Mick Taylor period. _________________ I'm leaning on the threshold
