Racing Mount Pleasent are obviously a very competent and decently enjoyable indie/post-rock band. But for some reason I never feel the need to return to their s/t, or to any particular song. Spawn still sounds batshit crazy after several listens and gets my vote. Evan Fong's new album is, unfortunately, not that great.
