From what I've found (don't know them), it's Norwegian socialist folk music from the 70s. I think a 'spellmannslag' means a fiddle group. 'Vømmøl' seems to be synonymous with 'vadmel' which is some kind of wool, suitable for sewing clothes and popular among Norwegian farmers. Anyways, it's quite fun with these obscure nordic albums for WAofD. This sounds pretty bland:
