Hello everyone
I just joined this site last week and wanted to say hello. I have been on Last.fm for nearly six years and have over 40k plays there. I also have compiled Top 100 album lists on that site as journals and have listed my alltime Top 250 tracks there as well. I look forward to being able to compile these lists here too when I get my Level up a bit (shame that you can't do this right way!).
Anyways, my favourite music is mainly post-punk, indie and alternative and I have listened to thousands of albums. I have 23k songs on my 160gb ipod classic and have been listening to music since the mid seventies(I'm 45 years old). I hope that I can be a valuable member of this site. A lot of the music that I listen to is pretty obscure so I hope to add a few new albums as well, if you are allowed to do this. It would be great if a few people on here were able to discover some of the bands that I listen to and enjoy their music.
Cheers
John

Hello.
I too am from Ireland (although living in Melbourne) and thought I'd reply here and say hi to one and all instead.
Don't have a lot to say about myself but will try and get involved with as much discussions etc as I can

Welcome fella. You will be able to add new albums, although prepare to be dazzled by how many of the things you love and adore are already listed on here - it's a very broad church, and great for finding new artists and sounds that you've never heard/heard of before.
Looking forward to seeing your chart! _________________ 'Reggae' & t'ing
