- Post subject: CLOSED - Post-Punk/New Wave Artist Tournament - Nominations
|
I know that saoirse is starting a post-2000s album tournament but games has been kinda quiet.
So to avoid confusion with two album tournaments, this is the tournament to find the band that defines post-punk and new wave music.
RULES
- must be listed on Wikipedia, RYM or another music site with either post-punk or new wave as a genre.
- can be from any decade (70s new wave or 10s post-punk)
- each band you nominate, you promote. More on this when the tournament starts.
- initially 4 nominations per user - hoping for 128 nominations. Which means 32 users?

Are any of those listed as Post Punk-New Wave on Wikipedia/RYM though? just checking.
EDIT: Just checked their Wikipedia pages and it doesn't list any of them as post/punk or new wave....
