This is going to collect a lot of hate as well, but Coldplay were really in their stride with this one, their first two albums are some great music. Some top post-brit pop.

Opinions vary on Coldplay (understatement) but I really enjoy their first two albums.
I often wonder if the Coldplay hate would be as big as it is without The Forty Year Old Virgin.

Hilarious part that one (I love the Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In choreography during the end credits as well), but I think not, if it was that way everybody would hate Dire Straits because of Shaun Of The Dead.

I would describe this album as uninteresting. Not actively bad, but every time I listen to it it seems like absolutely no second of it stands out.

Yes. I don't think that movie's quite as iconic as you seem to think, lol.

Im never one to defend Coldplay but this is actually a pretty decent album, before their ungainly attempts at supersized arena-art rock hybrids. Yellow is still awful

I actually kind of like this one. Don't Panic fits in Garden State quite well.
