The worst I've heard is 1# by Blasted Canyons. The remaster of Raw Power by The Stooges deserves a mention too.

Destroyer - KISS. I like the tunes, but the production was bad. It might've been the quality of the video or something, but it was bad when I heard it.

It's pretty hard to accurately assess the quality of an album's production from a youtube video.

As for Destroyer...I'll say the production was good. It was the songs that were mostly terrible.

Pretty much all of The Mountain Goats' early stuff.

Isn't Anything is lacking in production as well.

Hot Fuss could be truly great if it were a little more varied, and more albumized.

You're Living All Over Me, while I think it's fantastic, is sonically grating at times.

Slanted and Enchanted.
