I don't know. I really want to love this album, because every song on here has a lot of potential, but most of them just bore me after a while. The album just feels too slow and repetitive for the most part, even if the building blocks are solid.

I owe a lot to this album, because it's one of the first albums that got me interested into music back in 2005. Feel Good Inc. is a classic song. I know I made a comment that it was ahead of it's time, looking back it's not really the case, their debut maybe but not this. I love the concept.

This is my absolute favorite Gorillaz album, and one of my favorite albums ever. I heard this when it came out in 2005, and one of my other friends and I listened to it together all of the time. Even then, nearly everything here is pure genius. AAAHHHHHH!!! So good.

Track picks
3. Kids With Guns
4. O Green World
5. Dirty Harry
7. El Mañana
12. DARE
15. Demon Days

Dude! This album's awesome! It's been in my top 100 for a long time now, and it's a personal favorite. I can't say I love the album more every time I hear it, sadly. But I still love it. I was impressed with the high level of diversity in this album. There are upbeat tracks, ambient tracks, slow rhythms, great lyrics and repetitive ones, a dance track (DARE), plenty of collabs, and a lead vocalist that can sing anything. "Plastic Beach" was greater only in diversity.

Best tracks: Feel Good Inc., Dirty Harry, DARE, Last Living Souls, Kids With Guns, and El Manana.

I feel like if I said "it's OK" I wouldn't make this album justice, but I wouldn't say it's solid either. Probably slightly higher than average in my book. Maybe I could say it's solid actually.

I can't say that. There are a couple of tracks I don't like, such as "White Light." Pointless.

All of my yes. However, not a fan of Fire Coming Out of the Monkey's head. And an underrated track is Every Planet we Reach is Dead.

Some bangers surrounded by OK stuff. I'm probably downrating it though - a solid re-listen is overdue.
