How do you confirm your selections when making a chart? I've entered all the artists and albums, but the red and white cross persists. There are no matches. Nothing is happening.

Hi, sorry you are experiencing problems. Which browser are you using? I've noticed an issue with the current version of Firefox (1.5.0.x) which wasn't causing problems previously. I'll look into further and see what the problem is. IE6 seems to work ok.
Can't add my chart to the lists. Seems to be bringing up some SQL error. Cool little album recognition tool by the way! Did you write it yourself? Let me know when I can add my chart.
Thanks for reporting the problem Vegas and sorry you got an error message. The data-acces code had a bit of an overhaul recently and I must have missed testing some scenarios. I've just made a small code update and I think the problem should be sorted now.
Anyway, glad you like the album recognition and your feedback is very useful.
I just registered, and when I tried to make my own chart, the number of entries was set at 1,351,020-- I couldn't change the number, and a list that large was not allowed. What can I do?

(I didn't see this problem in the forums. If it's been brought up already, let me know).
Hi Crusty Jello, sorry to hear you had some problems and thank you for reporting the issue.
I've tried to reproduce the problem and it looks like it's an issue with Internet Explorer 7 that doesn't happen in either IE6 or Firefox. I've made a little modification which I think has solved the problem.
Just so you know, the problem was still there with IE7 this morning. I switched to Firefox, though, and had no issues there. I can edit my chart from Internet Explorer, so I'm not sure what was going on.
