Hey everyone, it's time for BEA's 100 favourite films of early cinema Smile I want to thank everyone who participated and made this list possible. It's a bit of a strange list, but it's also a bit of fun.

There were a total of 214 individual films submitted, here are the 100 with the most points. Films will be listed off in their most recognized title.

I'll be posting some tidbits about the list after it's all posted. Perhaps I might edit some things into this post as well. Please don't post in this thread until the top 100 is complete. Please discuss in the poll thread if you wish though.

Due to the fact that only 92 films received more than one vote, 8 films with the highest one-vote rank have been included. Due to this, there are technically no runner-up's. I thought that this might happen, but I'm just glad it was a low number. This is the first time that this has happened, but I hope this solution is a reasonable way to round out the top 100. Usually films that only have 1 vote do not have enough points to make the final tally, and are not ranked (films have always needed more than 100 points to make it, this list is the first exception).
