I like 60s chinese movie, and I like this even better. And I love Frank Zappa and Tangerine dreams of course.

Thanks to whoever repaired the info for this album. I didn’t realize it saw immediate release by Columbia after it was recorded. I only knew about the CD reissue by Arbiter Records.
If you search “arbiter records dancers of Bali”, their page for the reissue will come up. There is a link to iTunes, and also a very interesting background story on the album. This album is a great place to start, if you’re interested in Balinese gamelan.
