A hyper-talented experimental shredding guitarist making uniquely-weird hyperpop before hyperpop was even invented, Marnie Stern, one of the greatest electric guitarists alive, picked up right where she left off ten years earlier with this absolute banger of an album. (Note that I only call it "hyperpop" because most of her material would otherwise be unclassifiable, and it's probably the closest subgenre descriptor available at the time I'm writing this.)
