Pretty good, somewhat trippy, somewhat dub-style art-pop, taking a "kitchen sink"-like approach on most tracks with lots of found-sound voices and electronic blippery-fleepery, though the record does calm down a bit as it goes along. I definitely would not call this "punk" or even "post-punk," though it might fit into the latter genre under the most expansive possible definition. Birch was a founding member of The Raincoats, so she does have legitimacy and credibility — and who knows, maybe this is what The Raincoats would have sounded like if they'd had 2020s-era recording gear with high-quality digital samplers and synthesizers.
