Better than some of the comments on here suggest. Only my dislike for the Bruno Mars closer 'Die With A Smile' has me running for the hills. It doesn't break new ground but there's little in here to hate. She leaves it all on the mountain.

Pas du tout mon style de prédilection mais on est devant un album de dance pop bien foutu et qui ravira certainement les amateurs du genre.
I'm not a fan of pop albums but I have to take my hat off to this one.

Lady Gaga is an artist whose songs I quite like or like less. As far as the albums go, there has not been one, since her debut that sticks out as exceptional, least of all this one.

The second half of this album is a bit weaker, but this is possibly the greatest piece of art that Lady Gaga has ever produced.
And this site has criminally under rated LG and other adjacent pop artists for decades and it is time for all of you boomers to realize that pop music in 2025 is far better than it has been since at least the 90s and so it is time to admit we were wrong about pop and to recognize that Lady Gaga has been a key part of the 2020s pop revolution. She has been working on her artistic development since the last time you remember hearing her music on the radio, and coming close with a few efforts (namely, Joanne and Chromatica) but now this is her BRAT moment and we must give her her ?
You think we would have Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter, or even, your beloved Taylor Swift without Lady Gaga? No. The answer is no.
So please, dispel of your Average Rating: 67 elitist attitude, and realize that it is time to inject a little joy into your life. I'm talking about you Nick Cave and Swans and Captain Beefheart fans. What you need is dopamine, perhaps antidepressants as well, but you could first try some Lady Gaga.
