A superb compilation. The fantastic cover suits the music within perfectly. Worth buying just for Side four alone! Add to that the fantasmagoria of the instrumentation in 'Jake to the Bone' and it has paid for itself! Get in on vinyl!

I know, it's another Jethro Tull compilation, but it's a good one. Green vinyl would have been nice, to compliment the sleeve, but never mind, the music certainly doesn't disappoint.

Having bought We're Here Because We're Here eight years ago when it was released, I haven't bought any Anathema since, not because I don't like their style, I just preferred to buy other stuff, mainly rock and prog albums from the seventies. When I saw this on vinyl, I thought I would give it a shot. I do like it, there are nods to progressive with a harder rockier edge. I think it is an album which will grow on me, it hasn't bowled me over but there is no disputing the excellent musicianship and vocal performances, particularly on 'Ariel' and 'Dreaming Light', the latter of which is a beautiful track.
