Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 92.0/100, a mean average of 89.9/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 92.4/100. The standard deviation for this track is 16.0.

Nothing special ??♂️ average music and song ??♂️
This is one of the best of the decade for sure
Few songs display the confidence to leave a hook three minutes into the track but It is nevertheless, so worth the wait.
Easily one of my favorite songs ever, it's impossible to not dance to this.
I love the chemistry between the synth and the drums during the second part.
Delightfully unique and weirdly danceable.
One of the best album openers ever
Television + Talking Heads + Daft Punk + IDK what kind of weird dance post-punk = this
At first I didn't see what the big deal was, but as the song progressed, more layers kept getting added on and I realized that this was going to be a very interesting song. Definitely one of the highlights of this album.
Yeah, I do believe that this is my favourite LCD track. It begins with a minimalist yet enticing percussion part before it slowly adds on piece after piece until there is a catchy little keyboard riff playing over the top of Murphy's vocals and the original beat. Suddenly, a few minutes into the song, the drums crash a few times and we are hurled onto an iridescent dancefloor accompanied by the powerful saccharine swirls of LCD Soundsystem's synths. This track alone, it seems, would have made a sufficient toolbox for the lustrous production on Arcade Fire's Reflektor, the first--and hopefully not final--AF album to be produced by James Murphy. "Dance Yrself Clean" should surely be counted among the classics of electronica.
