Very Springsteenish
The tone of this track is perfect after the powerful intro. It settles us into the album. Beautiful bass.
Absolutely love the lyrics here, some of my favorite from the band, and generally some of the most relatable and brutally honest lyrics, and some really calming and addicting guitar hooks, along with some times where the distortion on the guitar is a bit heavy, but the song stays calming, in a way that works. It doesn't need a huge build-up to be outstanding, that's the beauty of it.

Not the most captivating song, but enough turns and mini -buildups to make this song interesting. I love love love the introduction of the lonely guitar riff at the end of the song

As a song on it's own, it's a 7.5.
As a part of the album, it's an 8.5.
