The Rolling Stones front-loaded this album, as this song was the second single released.
A generic rocker but that is not a bad thing as it's probably my third favourite album track, despite it's predictability . This song also gave me and my sister the term 'dead end Sunday'. There were plenty of those in circa 1983/4.
Funny video too. Quite saucy.
Emotional rescue had She's so cold, Undercover has She was hot. Mick Jagger is obviously running out of ideas here. Still, it's quite enjoyable and nothing bad, but coming after a song such as forward thinking as Undercover of the night, it's a bit disappointing. So-so.
