Forget the "outtake" label, this is one of Dylan's great songs...powerful and confident, witty and acerbic, a strong story and well backed by the Band in the legendary "Blonde on Blonde" sessions. The whole three albums from this series are brilliant, but worth the money for this track alone. Amazing song from a genius at his imperious best.
