Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)

This track is rated in the top 3% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 83.4/100, a mean average of 83.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 83.9/100. The standard deviation for this track is 11.8.

I have no problem with this as the opening track. One of Christine's best songs.

Disagree with others , who think its an odd opening. Its a great track to ease people from Rumors to this. And its an underrated Christine McVie piece, possibly one of her most soulful pieces.

RIP Christine

Very emotional, but I don't think it works that well as an opening track.

A bit of a strange opener for Tusk, given that it's a quiet, inoffensive Christine McVie song on an album best known for Lindsey Buckingham's wild, manic experimentation. Yet it fits thematically, as it's themes of repetitive romantic heartbreak sum up pretty well the relationships between several members of the band. It's a pretty song with a veneer of sweetness masking a darker undercurrent.

Not the way I hoped the album would begin, but it might get better.
