Prefer the Peter Green era, but no denying they've done some great stuff whatever their line up.

No doubt one of the greatest bands there's ever been, with and without Peter Green.. Post Peter Green Fleetwood Mac were three great songwriters, three great singers and rock solid rhythm section. Stevie Nicks performance on Rhiannon live for the BBC is probably the best live performance I've ever seen.
honestly i only listened the new 75's band and i really like his music, Nicks always with his great voice as the same the voice and lyrics from Christine, Lindsey and Nicks made this one of the greatest bands.

There is two different Fleetwood Mac songs ; The Stevie Nicks ones, and then the other ones... To me this band is virtually nothing if Stevie Nicks is not singing or at least writing the song (Crystal) Her voice his pure magic, the best female vocalist ever., if I had to pick one.
Lots of fun to listen to. First generation, the blues band, did a splendid job with Albatross. The Stevie Nicks incarnation is one of the greatest vocal groups of all time.

Like two different bands between the Green/Welch era and the Buckingham/Nicks era, the first being more traditional blues based rock and the later being more commercial, but both excellent in their own way. For the later version, I will always love the Stevie songs best, the Buckingham songs next, and I can take a pass on the McVie songs.

Fleetwood Mac are among the greatest. Making use of male and female vocals sets them apart from many, but it's the consistent quality of the songwriting that puts them at the top. From poppy sing alongs to hard hitting emotional tracks, Fleetwood Mac has got it covered. Stevie Nicks has got to be one of the most influential women in rock music, and her voice one of the most iconic. There are plenty of amazing songs, but one largely unknown gem is Crystal, which Stevie Nicks later rerecorded by herself in an even better version.
