This arrangement is nice, kinda similar to the original but there are differences: Some of the several synth sounds sound better here, the additional original guitar solo elevates the arrangement, but the main downside is the distracting strange pitch and loudness of the snare.
What II really wanted to type is that the synth-based music and the 12/8 time signature of piece fits like a glove for Tsukumo-san to arrange! It sounds like a mini-Justice Ray part!
Great job for Hosoe-san, it might be the best composition I've listened to from him so far, and Tsukumo-san too, It's one of the best II've listened to by him after a quite long while.
