(There are two comments here because for some reason it didn't show me the previous comment was successfully saved, so I unknowingly re-typed the whole thing and saved it, but then I saw the previous comment, so I've re-edited this current comment because I don't have the option to delete both comments, so I'll utilize this fact to say this:)
What I like about this track is that it's in C Minor, which is one of my favorites keys because it sounds mysterious, magical & majestic! and hearing that key in something that sounds like Tsukumo-san's music is quite amazing to me because I think he doesn't usually composes or arranges in that key.

This might be my favorite composition by Hosoe-san so far.
It sounds like a mini-Justice Ray part because of the synth-based sound and the 12/8 time signature. No wonder Hyakutaro Tsukumo himself arranged it! : https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/album/ibara-remix-tracks/04.%2520Rose%252 0Garden.mp3
The original and the arrangement sounds both nice.
Some of the several synth sounds in the arrangement sound better here, the guitar melody sound quite better, and the additional original guitar solo elevates the arrangement, but the main downside is the distracting strange pitch and loudness of the snare.
